REG2C TERMS OF USE


This text contains the terms of use of www.reg2c.com. Please read carefully.

1- Acceptance of Terms : Members are deemed to accept the terms of use by entering into www.reg2c.com. In no way members can claim that they don't know the said terms and conditions.

2- Fee Policy : All services on www.reg2c.com are paid services. The right to remove a part of all of the services temporarily or permanently is kept.

3- Invoicing : All commercial activities (domain name, web site, e-mail, ssl, credits, etc.) are presented within the body of Reg2C.com Inc. which is an accredited registrar of ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), and payments for such services are invoiced by the said Company.

4- Scope : Related companies are responsible for any agreements which may arise out of web hosting and domain registration processes over our site and the accuracy of information to be published in such addresses and domains.

5- Member Information : Member Information is formed of data, text, photo, graphic etc. entered by you to www.reg2c.com during registration. Responsibility of your information belongs to you; www.reg2c.com provides the distribution of information online. Any information which is deemed to cause damage to www.reg2c.com or other users is removed in part of wholly. Member information left on www.reg2c.com is accessible by other users.

5.1- Registration Terms : Once you register to www.reg2c.com, you are deemed to accept that a) you will provide accurate, definite, updated information about your company; b) you will keep member information accurate and updated. Reg2c.com has the right to remove your registration if it determines that your information is deficient/wrong. If the registration is on behalf of a firm/institution, this text binds the represented firm/institution.

5.2- User Name and Password : You are given a user name and password during registration. Once the registration process is completed, a) in case such user name and password are used without the permission of you, you are responsible to warn Reg2c.com Inc. and b) to log out from the site and close the browser. Reg2c.com Inc. is not responsible for information which is lost or altered due to the breach of the articles in this paragraph.

5.3- Characters of Member Information : You have to provide that member information and information in your web site will not:

a) be fake or stolen
b) breach of rights of any registration, copyright, brand, patent and industrial design rights of a third person.
c) be in conflict with laws (Consumer Protection Law, Law of Intellectual Property Rights, Turkish Trade Law, etc)
d) contain pornography or nudity.
e) contain insult, aspersion, swear and expressions to humiliate third persons,
f) contain any virus or any program to cause damage to any program and
g) used for the purpose of sending undesired (spam) mails to site members.

6- Rights Transferred by Members : You are deemed to grant the rights of copying via any kind of technology, distribution, publishing of your information.

7- Confidentiality : Reg2c.com Inc. will use the rights given in the Article 6 within the frame of Confidentiality Policy.

8- Obligations of Members : You are obliged to not attempting to spoil the proceeding of www.reg2c.com, and of the commercial transactions carried out on such site, by means of any software, informatics tools; to not spoil the feedback mechanism in the system by registering a second user name for yourself and sending a positive message for yourself and negative messages for others; to not abusing the system by copying any information on the site by an automatic or manual method like a robot or spider.

9- Returning : As the domain name is a service prepared for the person, members cannot demand to return the domain names as per the Article 8 of the Procedure and Legislation on Distance Contracts Application.

10- Breach of Terms : Reg2c.com Inc. may send a warning message, may remove your messages/news/products and other information temporarily or permanently on the site; may delete your member registration and apply to all remedies.
